His Majesty's Theatre

This is the opposite end of the series of granite buildings I posted on Wednesday. The glass box at the right was added a few years ago and is the bar, restaurant for the theatre It seems to be undergoing a refit at the moment.

The extra is a panoramic view of Union Terrace Gardens  as it was today. The park was due to be opened to the public on Tuesday, but the opening was cancelled ay the last minute. It does not look as though it will be opening any time soon. More a building site than a park.
