Troy House
I've been mostly around the house enjoying the sunshine, and only popped out early afternoon to go an get a local blipfoto.
It's of Troy House (1681AD), Monmouth (South Wales UK). The property lain abandoned (and vandalised) for many years since the 1970's but in May 2020 sold for £1.35 million - well over it's £250K price guide. I think the current owner wants apartments but is having difficulties with planning (Welsh Government) mainly due to it's listed status and proximity to the River Trothy.
The aerial view shows the front elevation and grand stone entrance. Just a shame that it's future can't be assured by it being given a new lease of life.
