Looking for supper

This heron was standing perfectly still in the river.  I assume there must be fish here, but I didn't see him catch one.  He could always try the lake on the other side of the footpath.

Glad to see the Ye Olde Fighting Cocks pub in St Albans is open again - taken over by the former manager and head chef.
