View at high tide

A stunning day.
We had coffee and a still warm, freshly made scone in the newly refurbished Golf Museum Cafe (The Niblick) in St Andrews. The views from the cafe are wonderful looking out over the Old Course and the massive expanse of sea and sand that make up the West Sands.

Took the bike out this afternoon .... bit of a struggle on the hill up from the harbour but I made it.  A group of guys were pier jumping and they did admit that the water was cold .... a good way to clear your head the afternoon before your wedding.
