Japanese Quince

This is my Japanese Quince, which, although unhappy in its present location, the soil being too dry, has blessed me with flowers. It is a survivor of inattention by landscape gardeners, who left it to die whilst I assumed that they had heeled it in, all the more annoying as it was from my father's garden. Considering everything, it's remarkably resilient.
