On Repeat/Willful Suffering everyday for my family. We always have food, lots of space and nature surrounding us. Exercise, yoga, daily movement are also forms being present and praying so even if we are divided by race, religion or political beliefs, we are united as long as we know how to prioritize and focus. Mindset shift, music and mindfulness for our heart, body and soul.
