No Conflict at Bellingham Hall

If you have need to go on a course about managing conflict then where could be better than a venue of such charm and colleagues of such calm and friendly courage. Thank you to Joe who talked me through how to use my peoplesafe lone-working app, John's philosophy on working as a wildlife ranger , Dave's dog, Jason and Phil's double act. and Chris the trainer who listened, responded and guided us through the techniques of diffusing anger and managing aggression. .  
At lunch I found a second hand bookshop, before tea, a stroll by the river and then a swim in the  pool.
