Ribs

Barbeque pork ribs, Kansas City Pink beans, and jalapeño-lime coleslaw. Wine: Andrew Murray Mourvèdre 2018.

The ribs and beans were excellent, and the wine paired perfectly. The coleslaw was an experiment (a recipe from Serious Eats), and it was fine but a bit odd.
