It's the expat local here in Kettwig. It's a cosy little bar owned by a renegade Texan and decorated in girl friendly fushia, orange & gold (those are the accent colours I hasten to add, this being Germany there's a lot of white too!)

Tonight is quiz night where we pit our wits against quizmaster Andy and try not to get beaten by any Germans because that would just be too embarassing for words - voice of experience speaking, last year being the jubilee, we had a royal themed quiz & got beaten!

It's been a lovely day, spoilt only by the mountain of ironing I had to do & the German grammar homework that I didn't manage to do...
