Bad Eyes

G had his latest consultation at the hospital today, and the maps of his eyes showed a clearer picture of the condition. Unfortunately he does have the progressive disease. The good news is that it's currently only in one eye, and is quite near the start of the degradation. For now, he has been discharged but has to monitor his sight closely and return as soon as it progresses any further.

This day last year was my Dad's funeral. It's very hard for me to think of certain parts of that day, and there is one particular song that we played during the service that I am unable to listen too. I miss him so much.
