Early Purple

Early Purple Orchid on Arnside Knott. Good to see them in flower before the end of April.
Some photographers would have done a lot of gardening before taking this. But I offer it as it is.
You may also notice that it is taken on my IPhone. I tried several shots with my Lumix Bridge camera but it was very difficult. In strong light it was difficult to see well on the viewing screen. My glasses go dark when the sun shines but when I take them off I can’t see much at all ! In fact for garden plants my iPad is easiest. Old age is a challenge.
