Crushed cars
I paid the mortgage on my lunch break and drove to Canal Place to pick up a tiramisu for Jill. I wanted to get one for her birthday last week but wasn't able to find the time.
I hadn't been in the desserts place since around the start of the pandemic. Rightfully so. It's small, not ventilated, and no one wore masks. It wasn't busy; it was only the owner and two customers. But I felt uncomfortable even in my mask.
Jill liked the tiramisu. After parking to get the food, I saw this semi with a bed full of crushed cars stacked three tall and got today's photo.
