apple blossom

Although i had spent the best part of the  day trying to photograph flying bumblebees. I was some what distracted by the simple beauty of this blossom. 
As i was about to brush by in my chair my nose was assaulted by the sweet fragrance of this beautiful flower. As if that was not enough, a black bee past, slammed on the ankers. before flying by to pollinate. 
I too had to stop, to take this shot.
