In twos

For 2 weeks in a row, we’ve had challenging Bible studies that have left me, who leads our group, a little bit bushed / reeling afterwards.

I also, really unusually, as in, really unusually, had 2 requests to meet up with friends, on the same day. Both requests had weight and I needed to say ‘yes’ to both.

So I walked home from Enfield fast, to meet up with a friend I’ve known for 20 years, who was desperately needing to talk about ‘faith’ . She’s one of the Pigeon Squad (school gate friends) and Easter this year, hit her full on.

The other friend wanted to meet for a walk, to tell me about her marriage breaking up and what’s happened since her life mushroomed.

Big weight to the day. Thankful to others praying for me.
