April garden

A lovely day today with blue sky and sunshine which means I have been out in the garden for much of it and have the pink nose to prove it. It's all quite green at the moment but lots of things are on the point of colouring up. I've cut the grass, cleaned up the solar light jars and replaced their lids, filled up the bird feeders for the local gannets and tidied the shed, including dissuading a wasp from creating a nest in the roof. There was also a lot of bench sitting and reading.  And this morning I went back to Couch to 5k. The weather was encouraging and it felt good to get started again. All done by ten past eight and a chance meeting with the favourite people just starting.
