Trees at Crummock Water

I've always loved this group of trees at Crummock - perfect on a day when the lake is flat6 calm, but today I shot them from a paddleboard on the lake, giving me a different angle to normal. I particularly liked the way I could frame the trees with the top of Red Pike in the background - something I have not been able to do from the shore before!

It was a lovely day to have a paddleboard - and it's been a couple of months since we've been out on them. Just so much going on!

Back on the Wainwright trail tomorrow though.
