Red Striped

Annie has racked up the miles today. We made a reasonably early start to get down to Exeter and drop Rosie back at university. Some fairly heavy traffic on the M4 which turned out to be largely due a very wide load. Once passed, we made good progress and were in Exeter early afternoon. We had a little trip to stock up food cupboards and then set off back. We took a diversion off the M5 and had a walk on the beach at Burnham-on-Sea. Photos of the low lighthouse were mandatory (blip and extra)!

Back on the road, next stop was Bristol and Cribbs Causeway for some shopping and some dinner. Finally it was back to the motorway and home. A long driving day for Annie, she did very well.
