Pendennis Point, RFA Lyme Bay, Black Rock, 2 tugs,
We went on an adventure today after Fat Club (1lb on - good considering!). I promised to take Mum back onto the Roseland to visit St Mawes after our Caerhays trip last week. This time we drove the long way round though as I'm tight and refused to pay for the King Harry ferry again...
We wandered around St Mawes Castle with the audio tour thingies until the Smallest Boy decided he'd had enough of being ignored in a castle in strong winds. So we wandered down into the village and had lunch in a cafe overlooking the harbour surrounded by mature people on a coach trip.
We browsed the shop windows and even entered one that didn't have an anti small child notice in the window. Then wandered back up to the Castle in time to watch RFA Lyme Bay being escorted out of the choppy Carrick Roads by 2 tugs and the Falmouth lifeboat (I assume).
