Waste not…

Yesterday’s Bread & Butter pudding manufacture meant having a pile of crust off cuts.
Rather than throw them away or give them to the birds, I turned them into crunchy croutons, infused with garlic and olive oil. 

Makes a nice abstract photo, even though it is another food photo!
