Regrowth.

Large tracts of the park and estate have been cleared of rhododendron ponticum. Forestry and Land Scotland are actively removing the invasive non native species. Personally I like their blooms, even though I understand the bio diversity drawback. Some odd wee areas are regrowing and look nice.

Today saw a key phase of Scotland’s Covid19 Transition Plan quietly came into effect. General public health advice has been published too; covid19 isn’t over, we’ve moved into a different phase of the pandemic.

Family are well.
