May is….

leaf green, cerulean blue, blossom and sun! A wonderful day!
There were five Hares boxing and four Roe deer in the fields, then Wheatears, Skylarks, Curlew, Lapwings, Snipe, Pipits, Stonechats and Mountain Hare on the hill. 
Found this wee Lochan, never knew it was here on top of the ridge! Petty Whin and Cowberries in flower. Tiger beetles and bees in abundance.
A lovely walk.
