Emergency!

Yet another emergency blip. Kind of relevant with Duncan out with the Ambulance service today. We are attempting a diet and this proves I am not succeeding but when one small piece of steak was reduced in Tesco it would have been rude not to buy it! Still a fairly low calorie day, just not the 500 it should have been! Oops!
