Quadretti al pesto

The freshest presto I’ve ever had. Whizzed it up as the filled quadretti were cooking from our basil and garlic and co-op pine nuts and doc olive oil. And parmigian. Delicious.

Disaster struck on the second grass cutting effort when the mulching door busted off the Husqvarna. A couple of strong bits of wire and fiddling about got it sorted. And off I went.

Rain was forecast but skirted by. Wind a gentle cool NE. Mixed weather coming for the week when cold flow from Atlantic meets warm moist air off the Sahara and Med. Talk of a month’s rain in a nanosecond but has the potential for flooding and land slips.
