Confused

Spring - and a frost this morning. But this Christmas cactus has decided to bloom - I’m not sure why.

Hopped on my bike to get to my physio appointment - my knee seems to be improving but was given a few more exercises to do. It was so nice to be out on the bike - why don’t I do this more often?
