Badenoch Wall Walk

Though it isn't pictured I have just been following the alignment of the structure and it stretches over mountain tops zig zagging its way to a termination just east of Braeroy Lodge in Glen Roy, Following it on foot one day would be a substantial trek in its own right. At its highest point it comes close to the summit of Creag Meagaidh.
Our Sunday morning walk was of more modest proportions and the dogs had a wee dip in the loch here to cool off. Extra of Caley running on the moorland on the return.
PM I fitted my mother's new smoke alarms to comply with new legislation in Scotland. I feel it is an unreasonable  cost, on top of everything else, to be foisted upon house holds. She already had alarms but they did not meet the specification required. .
