Kid's Day

April 30 is Día del Niño here in Mexico. There was a large group of youngsters on Playa la Madera getting a quick surf lesson before taking the boards into the water. I waited through speeches, warm-ups, and instruction hoping to get some on water action, but eventually had to get on with my errands before any of the kids left the beach. I would have liked to watch them practice what they learned.
