Stonehaven

Neither Cosmo nor I can drive at the moment. Well it is unlikely, being quite a small dog, that she will ever be able to drive, being unable to reach the pedals and steering wheel at the same time. So we were both grateful to be driven to Stonehaven.this morning.

A walk along the boardwalk brought us to the harbour where we got a snack from the Seafood Bothy. Very nice for us humans. Cosmo had to refrain again. She did not seem to mind as there was plenty to watch. Cosmo enjoyed her walk at the seaside. We were surprised there seemed to be not many people around, apart from other dog walkers.

There was not much wind, but Stonehaven was covered in the haar. The lack of wind meant it did not shift, instead it became slightly worse while we were there. Perhaps it was the haar keeping people away from the beach.

When we returned inland the cloud cleared in the afternoon when it became sunny. The air remained cold, but the sun felt pleasant in areas sheltered from the wind.
