Cat O' Nine Nails

Well OK, its nuts actually, this is a very cool gift bought for us by Immy from a German Christmas market last year. I (Chris) had so much fun with yesterday's camera club macro practical session, I thought I'd have a go at home.

Another great Wednesday night run with the club, I decided a spot of off road was called for so we did about a mile across the fields in amongst the 5 other miles of road running. The headwind was strong at times but I think everyone enjoyed it.
