Sun Is Shining...He Looks Happy

Saturday and I had to drive to our local post office to send an old passport back for renewal.  When I came out, I didn't feel quite as happy as this guy looked as I felt I had been ripped off with the postage price.  And sure enough, when I got home, I checked, and I was, but there was little I could do about it.   

Anyhow this balloon caught my eye in an adjacent shop window..and a suitable candidate for SillySaturday…and.I was certainly getting a few odd looks as I took the photo.
