Miles banked
I thought training for a marathon was hard but training for an ultra is just something else. Had a bit of a meltdown on Friday, just struggling with fitting it in. The long runs now take over my complete weekend, leaving no time for anything. Throw in menopausal hormones and it’s a party.
So I gave myself a break and just went out, minimum 10k but turned that into 10 miles. Not what was on the plan but better than nothing.
