MonoMonday: Far From The Madding Crowd

Yeovil’s home game against Wealdstone today was not the best attended but at least the empty terraces gave me the excuse for the title and a link to the literary theme for today’s challenge.

The game itself was a frustrating affair. Wealdstone went down to ten men after about 35 minutes and then defended in depth - very well - for the rest of the game and we didn’t have the guile to break them down, so a 0-0 draw was a fair result.
