Police Presence

A Big Day for London who today put Maggie T to rest.

I was probably too young to really know what she did, didn't do and all her wrongs and rights. My memory of her will be as a Spitting Image character! I do however know that she made some very strong bold choices. Some of which our country has benefited from, Some of which were Controversial and caused much Grief.

I would say though that whatever she did it certainly does not warrant the behaviour of some people. What good is protesting and Violence gong to achieve now? Let us just Lay her to rest and allow her family to grieve.

Anyhoo, walking through Trafalgar Square and up the Mall today was eerily quiet except for the amount of sirens passing through. There certainly was a strong police presence though and lets now hope we can all move on.
