Good reads

The theme for MonoMonday is Anything literary, so I thought a selection of some Scottish authors would do. It's always great to recognize place names or Scottish words and expressions. 'Shuggie Bain' was a tough read because it did bring back some less than pleasant memories my childhood in Glasgow, but despite that, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I've read a few books by the other three authors and enjoyed them all.
