Face to the Wind

The ewes are looking ragged, the grass has to be supplemented with extra feed, the wind tears across the field, but the lambs are growing apace.
This ewe has a look of forbearance as she rests with her twins.
It is a little warmer, but they would benefit from more consistent sunshine!
