MONDAY - MAY BANK HOLIDAY

I had an enjoyable morning out and about in Nottingham with Harriet. We collected and delivered an IKEA  butcher's table for one of Harriet's friends in Beeston and then returned a faulty smoker BBQ to Argos at Long Eaton.

We picked up a McDonald's lunch on the way back - it's the first McDonald's that I have eaten for around three years. I had a spicy chicken burger. Not particularly healthy but made a change.

We had an enjoyable game of cards this afternoon before heading back to West Yorkshire.

A 5 km walk up to Norland Moor was on the cards this evening in order to meet my step target.

I struggled to stay awake later this evening.
