The track up to …

….. ….. Bush Creek Saddle. Not that we got anywhere near the Saddle, but it’s been months since we’ve ventured up here, so this venture was a plus. . I was hoping we’d get up as far as the waterfalls but that’s for another day.

This photo was taken in the sunniest part. The rest was very shady, it got chillier & chillier, and as it got steeper & more slippery I decided that that was far enough. I’d have been better with a walking pole going back down, so I was glad I turned around when I did. Missy of course thought it was all a great adventure! She even leapt right across Bush Creek at one point. No problems!
