Marsh harrier...

...hovering over the pond during my evening walk. I think I have seen it once or twice earlier this spring, but glad to get a few shots. A very handsome bird.

Actually the species is called western marsh harrier, but the other marsh harriers live in East Asia, Australasia and islands of the western part of Indian Ocean, so not likely to meet them here!

A cold day, just +3°C any time I looked at the thermometer. An electrician visited in the morning to replace the switch and the cable of the sorter, which will be needed soon. Office work in the afternoon.
