New Bookshop

This lovely Bookshop at Pooley Bridge was opened last year 2021.
I am sure it will be a success with an excellent selection of books. We bought quite a few last week on our first visit including a signed copy of Wild Fell by Lee Schofield about his work at Haweswater.

The new steel bridge (Extra photo) looks great. Storm Desmond (2015) destroyed the 1764 built Stone Bridge and badly affected the area until 2020.
