Birthday flowers

Our wonderful children sent me birthday flowers today. They are lush and fragrant!
My wonderful husband made me a peanut butter birthday cake from a 1934 recipe he heard discussed on YouTube, shown in extras.
I am feeling better today and of course the beautiful flowers, birthday cake, and a warm sunshiny day did their part in making it a great day to be thankful for.
