Bean hid behind my legs as this bullock stared down at us from the other side of the fence during our walk this afternoon. What a sensible girl. Cattle are always fascinated by dogs.

It’s been another beautiful day as our Second Summer progresses (not that the first one was up to much).

I am feeling very thankful and fortunate today: good health, good company, warm sun, a fantastic home and a morning of laughter with friends.
