What a treat!!

My mum had a little operation today at Frimley Park Hospital and while I was waiting for her to come out of the theatre I went down to the cafeteria to have a cappuccino. Whilst queuing to be served I spotted the coffee and walnut cake and it seemed to be calling to me. I had intended to allow myself a treat whilst I was in the 'south' but didn't realise I would indulge so quickly. I must say it was lovely!

Back to the diet now. :)
