Rannerdale Bluebells

It’s May and we’re in the Lake District so a visit to Rannerdale and the bluebells was always on the cards.

Since I last visited there is a post and rope fence to discourage people from walking into the drifts of bluebells.  We assumed that this was necessary because of the behaviour of some people in previous years.
