A little rain

Last night we had a small shower of rain. I gazed out of the window as the droplets fell, hoping that the garden would get a really good soaking. It didn't; and by this morning it was back to clear blue skies (see photograph taken in my jim-jams). According to the Met Office we are due another spell of dry and increasingly warm weather. It's nice in one way but not good for the garden.
