The Rotunda

A historically significant building in Joburg as it was the main hub for bus and rail, with a large area for those arriving to be welcomed.

Well, that was until 2020 and the world changed, and the “rippers” moved in with no sign of law enforcement.

The Rotunda, and the administrative building behind have been stripped, down to the bare bones.

Why is it that this seems to be the norm for Africa?
