Afternoon ferry

Deb had some back pain yesterday - one reason we had a very quiet day. She's seen the doctor, and visited her Physio - seems she might have damaged her intercostal muscles round the back of her ribs.  The only position she can get any respite is lying down or standing up - sitting is agony.

I managed to get a short walk to Derwentwater this afternoon - just timed it right too, as the light in Borrowdale looked lovely, and the Derwent launch provided enough of a lead element to keep interest.

Had dinner in town with Graham Colling and L. Deb sadly couldn't join us, but it was lovely to see them both.
