Think we might be into spring proper now. Instead of pretend winter spring. Blossom is coming and trees are steadily getting green. Busy bees and butterflies. Ospreys sighted. Unzipping a coat feels like a good idea more days than not. 
The river is end of summer low though. Will be hard for the farmers to draw from if it stays like this.  Could really do with some prolonged rain.
