Cortisone done

I am so glad that is over for now but Omg I am in more pain this time around than the 1st time, not going into work tomorrow but will go in on Saturday instead.

Sheba and Nala were in the boot,  Sheba was lying down and Nala pic taken from sun visor, they were both so good and such a long drive but plenty of stops too.
The best one is the Blue Angels MC which I had never heard off till today until we seen the rider with his jacket. They were formed in Glasgow in Maryhill and one of the oldest outlaw MC in Europe, (going to Golspie)...........
tried reading a bit on them in the car but not much as i was too sore but more sore coming home
