I'm the lead governor for attendance so was there this morning to discuss persistent absenteeism.

Nearly got blown into traffic trying to take the photo.

Blip free the last couple of days- gave in to fatigue and did nothing but rest and sleep. Post-stroke need to allow brain recovery time when it needs it. Trying to get hold of my MRI brain scan - should make a good blip!

Hospital outpatient appointment this afternoon then eating out at Dine on the Rowe in Beverley. Don't think it's diet friendly but it's an early birthday celebration.
