Another back blip and yes we do have a collapsed drain !! between the loo and the outlet to the main drain.
The plumber managed to get the loo out and could not unblock the drain, so I called the local drain company and they unblocked the drain put a camera down and yes collapsed drain confirmed, reading through the house insurance not sure if this is covered !.

It has been a lovely day so while waiting I took a few insect pictures in the garden .
