In the Garden

'In the Garden' is a relatively easy blip. There are lots of things just bursting through now the weather has warmed up a bit. Perfect for some lovely macro shots. Or so I thought. The only problem with macro shots of flowers is that the subject has to be very still to get the sharpness. At the moment it's mega windy. The gusts are over 40 km per hour. So what seemed like a really easy challenge turned out to be a bit more difficult than I first thought. Anyway here's a beautiful anemone, the first one through this year.It was sheltered behind some daffodils and decided to behave for long enough for me to take this shot. It's not a very symmetrical shape but who cares? It's welcome in my garden any day!
